Under her leadership, Company has achieved various millstones with focus on continuous innovation and relentless pursuit of growth and excellence, the company has set its sight on manufacturing various steel furniture, modular furniture and various components and started pursuing bigger projects across the country.
Sachi Poddar, is Director at Steelraj Industries LLP. He has over 25 years of experience in furniture business. He has been a sole proprietor of Steelraj Steel Furniture prior to Steelraj Industries LLPformation. He actively participates in Raw material procurement, investment and various company affairs as a coordinator between the execution and administrative wings.
Sourav Poddar, is Director at Steelraj Industries LLP. He holds a MBA degree in Marketing and Human Resource from Bangalore University. At Steelraj he is responsible for business strategy, business development, financial planning, business process streamlining, and management functions.
Steelraj production unit is based on 1,20,000sqft area with good connectivity of road at Kharagpur as highway junction connecting to Chennai highway , Mumbai highway as well as Kolkata and Delhi highway. Sheet Cutting– NC Hydraulic Shearing Machinewith cutting wide length up to 3100 mm of CRCA, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Hot rolled steel etc. Cutting accuracy as per DIN 55804 class-I standards.
Pipe Cutting– Automatic pipe cutting machine with auto fall systemCutting stand for 20feet pipes of 9.00 mm square/round to 90.00 mm square/round pipe, with various cutting degrees as per requirement
- Bending-
Sheet Bending– CNC Hydraulic Press Brake Machinewith bending 2500mm length, bending accuracy as per DIN 55222 standards with electronic scales.
Pipe Bending-Automatic Pipe Bending Machine with bending capacity of 12mm – 42mm round/square CRCA , Mild Steel, GI, Aluminum pipes.
- Riveting Machine– Automatic Punching for 5mm OD to 12mm OD hollow/solid rivets.
- Powder Coating -Equipped with conveyor type automatic 9 tanks processed powder coated technology for rust proof CRCA/ Mild Steel Sheet or Pipe treatments.
- MIG Welding– weldingprocess in which a continuous solid wire electrode is fed through a welding gun and into the weld pool, joining the two base materials together. A shielding gas is also sent through the welding gun and protects the weld pool from contamination.
- TIG Welding– uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The weld area and electrode are protected from oxidation or other atmospheric contamination by an inert shielding gas.
- Power Press Machine– Equipped with 5Tones, 10Tones, 20Tones and 30Tones machines to cut, punch, or form metal.
- Strapping & Packing Machine-Can Handle 50000 Nos shipment packing per day.

- Panel Cutting– Panel Saw Machine Panels of Prelaminated particle board/ medium or high density fibre boards, ply boards of 4.00 mm to 75.00 mm can be seemingly cut in various angles.
- Edge beding machine- Edges of Plywood, Prelaminated Particle/MDF boards can be PVC edge bedded for more longevity and firmness.
- Multi Boring Machine- machine can fix panels with inter connected mini fix and dowels giving steady finish.
- Heat Press Machine- Laminates and plywood can be pasted at 3mtr/min which gives lifetime result.
- Postforming Machine-The edges of PLB/MDF/PLY can be pasted with laminates on the given shapes of half round,fullround,ducknose, bull nose etc for premium finishes.
